eMed’s 12 in 12™ Money Back Promise

With eMed’s 12 in 12™ Money Back Promise, you may qualify for a refund of your first three months of Membership Fees (for a maximum refund of $297) if you do not achieve a minimum of weight loss of 12 pounds at the end of your first 12 weeks in the eMed Weight Loss Program. Any refund will exclude the cost of your medication, labs, copays, blood collection devices and/or other items and services purchased by you or charged by third parties.
To be eligible for eMed’s Results 12 in 12™ Money Back Promise:
- Signed up for the 12 in 12™ Program (the “Program”) after 6/8/23.
- Self-paid for the Program (not through an employer or insurance program).
- Not have been taking any prescription weight loss medication during the twelve months prior to purchasing your Program (examples include: phentermine, GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Saxenda, or Wegovy).
- Participated in the Program for at least 90 consecutive days.
- Following the medical team’s recommendations for medication use during the 12 week period, including making any medication changes and adjustments, and clinically appropriate duration of use.
- Actively participate in the Program by attending all scheduled weekly proctor check-ins and at least two synchronous (live) meetings with a Program clinician during the 12 week period.
- Not canceling or missing more than 4 consecutive, or 7 total, coaching sessions.
- If you cancel your Program subscription before the end of the 90-day period, will not be eligible for the Money Back Promise.
- Your weight loss will be determined by calculating the change of your weight at the date of start eMed Program (gather during the onboarding process) from the proctor-recorded scale weight at the 12 week mark of the Program.
- Scales are not included in the 12 in 12™ Program.
- Participants losing 12 pounds or more at any time during the 12 week Program are not eligible for Money Back Promise.
- Start date of 90-day program is considered the date of first medical injection.
NOTE: You must submit your request for a refund with [7] days of the end of the 90-day Program period to support@emed.com. Be sure to include your full name and order number. Refunds will be made to the payment method used to sign up for the Program. Limit one refund per customer.
If you are eligible for money back based on the criteria set forth above, you will receive a refund as described in our REFUND POLICY.
